On August 11, 2026, the International Institute of Van Hien University (VHU) held a working session with representatives of OSP Advance Co., Ltd. (Japan), led by Mr. Ando Kenichi, President and Chief Executive Officer, together with partner organizations involved in the internship program in Japan.
Representatives of OSP Advance introduced the company’s business activities in Japan and shared information about the internship environment, job responsibilities, and practical experiences that enable VHU students to strengthen their professional knowledge, workplace conduct, and working skills in a Japanese corporate environment. The two sides also discussed the current status of VHU students’ internships and orientations for expanding internship and professional experience opportunities in Japan.
Regarding VHU students currently undertaking internships at the company, Mr. Kenichi highly appreciated their willingness to learn, serious attitude, and sense of responsibility throughout the internship. The two sides agreed in principle to expand the pool of students eligible for internship opportunities in Japan beyond Japanese Language majors, with a focus on fields such as Logistics, Engineering, Tourism and Travel, Restaurant and Hospitality, as well as other relevant areas.
In addition, the parties agreed to strengthen coordination in monitoring and updating students’ status throughout their internship in Japan, including their work, internship performance, daily activities, and overall well-being. This will provide a basis for VHU to promptly support students, evaluate the effectiveness of the program, and further develop cooperation opportunities in the future.
Through the working session, the International Institute of Van Hien University reaffirmed its role as a bridge connecting the University, businesses, and international partners, contributing to the expansion of international learning, internship, and career development opportunities for VHU students.

Mở rộng cơ hội thực tập Nhật Bản cho sinh viên VHU ở nhiều nhóm ngành
Ngày 11/08/2026, Viện Quốc tế – Trường Đại học Văn Hiến tổ chức buổi làm việc với đại diện OSP Advance Co., Ltd. (Nhật Bản), do ông Ando Kenichi – Chủ tịch kiêm Tổng Giám đốc Điều hành làm trưởng đoàn, cùng các đối tác đồng hành trong chương trình thực tập sinh tại Nhật Bản.
Đại diện OSP Advance giới thiệu về các lĩnh vực hoạt động của Công ty tại Nhật Bản, đồng thời chia sẻ về môi trường thực tập, nội dung công việc và những trải nghiệm thực tế giúp sinh viên VHU rèn luyện chuyên môn, tác phong và kỹ năng làm việc trong môi trường doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản. Hai bên cũng trao đổi về tình hình thực tập và định hướng mở rộng cơ hội thực tập, trải nghiệm nghề nghiệp tại Nhật Bản cho sinh viên VHU.
Nói về sinh viên VHU thực tập tại công ty, Ông Kenichi đánh giá cao tinh thần học hỏi, thái độ nghiêm túc và trách nhiệm của sinh viên VHU trong quá trình thực tập. Hai bên thống nhất chủ trương mở rộng đối tượng tuyển chọn sinh viên sang Nhật Bản, không chỉ giới hạn ở ngành Ngôn ngữ Nhật mà hướng đến các nhóm ngành như Logistics, Kỹ thuật, Du lịch và Lữ hành, Nhà hàng – Khách sạn và các lĩnh vực phù hợp khác.
Bên cạnh đó, các bên thống nhất tăng cường phối hợp theo dõi và cập nhật tình hình sinh viên trong suốt quá trình thực tập tại Nhật Bản, từ công việc, kết quả thực tập đến sinh hoạt và đời sống. Đây là cơ sở để VHU kịp thời hỗ trợ sinh viên, đánh giá hiệu quả chương trình và tiếp tục phát triển các cơ hội hợp tác trong thời gian tới.
Thông qua buổi làm việc, Viện Quốc tế – Trường Đại học Văn Hiến tiếp tục khẳng định vai trò kết nối giữa Nhà trường, doanh nghiệp và các đối tác quốc tế, góp phần mở rộng môi trường học tập, thực tập và phát triển nghề nghiệp quốc tế cho sinh viên VHU.
