🎯 Ngày 14 tháng 11 vừa qua, Viện Quốc tế – Trường Đại học Văn Hiến đã phối hợp với Công ty TNHH Yakult Việt Nam tổ chức chương trình học tập thực tế cho sinh viên ngành Ngôn ngữ Nhật và ngành Ngôn ngữ và Văn học Trung Quốc. Hoạt động nằm trong định hướng tăng cường gắn kết đào tạo với thực tiễn, tạo điều kiện để người học tiếp cận môi trường doanh nghiệp và nâng cao năng lực nghề nghiệp.
🏫 Tại nhà máy Yakult, Khu công nghiệp Việt Nam – Singapore (VSIP), đoàn sinh viên đã được doanh nghiệp đón tiếp ân cần và chu đáo với phần giới thiệu tổng quan về lịch sử hình thành, triết lý hoạt động và chiến lược phát triển của Yakult tại Việt Nam. Thông qua phần trình bày, sinh viên có cơ hội tìm hiểu sâu hơn về quy trình sản xuất sữa Yakult, tiêu chuẩn kiểm soát chất lượng theo mô hình Nhật Bản, cũng như vai trò của lợi khuẩn L. paracasei Shirota đối với sức khỏe cộng đồng.
💼 Bên cạnh nội dung kiến thức chuyên môn, sinh viên còn được tham quan trực tiếp dây chuyền vận hành tại nhà máy, quan sát môi trường làm việc thực tế và tiếp cận tác phong công nghiệp đặc trưng của doanh nghiệp nước ngoài. Các hoạt động giao lưu, hỏi đáp và trò chơi tương tác do Yakult tổ chức cũng góp phần tạo nên không khí sôi nổi, đồng thời giúp sinh viên củng cố hiểu biết và tăng cường kỹ năng giao tiếp trong bối cảnh quốc tế.
✅ Sinh viên đánh giá cao chuyến trải nghiệm và cho rằng đây không chỉ là cơ hội học tập thực tế, mà còn giúp các em định hình rõ hơn về định hướng nghề nghiệp, năng lực cần trang bị và mục tiêu phát triển cá nhân trong tương lai.

🎯 On November 14, the International Institute – Van Hien University coordinated with Yakult Vietnam Co., Ltd. to organize a practical learning program for students of the Japanese Language major and the Chinese Language and Literature major. This activity is part of the orientation to strengthen the connection between training and practical reality, creating opportunities for learners to access the business environment and enhance their professional competence.
🏫 At the factory of Yakult in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), the student group was thoughtfully welcomed by the company. They listened to an overview introduction of Yakult’s history of establishment, operational philosophy, and development strategy in Vietnam. Through the presentation, students had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the production process of Yakult products, the quality control standards based on the Japanese model, as well as the role of the L. paracasei Shirota probiotic strain in community health.
💼 In addition to the professional knowledge content, students also had the chance to directly visit the production line at the factory, observe the real working environment, and experience the characteristic industrial working style of a foreign enterprise. Exchange activities, Q&A sessions, and interactive games organized by Yakult also contributed to creating a lively atmosphere, while helping students consolidate their understanding and strengthen their communication skills in an international context.
✅ Students highly appreciated the field trip, considering it not only a practical learning opportunity, but also a chance to more clearly shape their career orientation, the competencies they need to develop, and their personal development goals in the future.
